About once a month, Bakersfield LGBTQ joins up with a local restaurant to raise money for the events we sponsor and the center we are trying to build. We have teamed up with such places as Baja Fresh, Togos, Coldstones, and Pizza Hut. Many more opportunities are yet to come!
Recently, we have held such fundraisers as: A yard sale, pizza night, coldstone ice cream, and a valley plaza shopping night!
Saturday; April 19, 2008; join us for the second Bakersfield LGBTQ yard sale! Donations are always welcome! Volunteers can help tremendously! And on the 19th, come by to see what you may want for yourself!
